Private lessons offer individually scheduled coaching sessions - opportunities to hone your skills, improve our technique, increase your confidence or train for competition under the guidance of an expert NRR coach.

Private lessons are not meant as a substitute for adult beginner lessons and are offered individually (1 coach to 1 rower).

Who can take them:  Experienced adults with a current NRR membership and adults who have completed Adult Beginner Lessons and joined with a Beginner Continuation membership.  (Please note: Private lessons are not a substitute for NRR’s 4-session Adult Beginner Lessons -they are an excellent supplement.)

When they are held: Days and times for coaching sessions are subject to approval by NRR coaches and will depend on the demand for equipment

How to schedule: If you do not have a specific coach in mind, email for a recommendation. When an agreement has been reached with a coach follow RegattaCentral procedures to reserve the coaching sessions.
